1. Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in through a third-party provider (e.g., Google), we receive and store basic profile information — your name and email address, and an account identifier. We do not receive or store your password.
• Content you create. The models you build and tune, their visibility settings and share links, any picks recorded for grading, and any bets you choose to record for your own tracking.
• Technical information. A session cookie to keep you signed in, and standard server logs (such as request times and error information) used to operate and secure the Service.

We do not collect payment information, because the Service handles no money.

2. How we use information

We use the information above only to operate the Service: to sign you in, save and display your models and records, compute and show track records, power the public model pages and gallery for models you choose to share, and to maintain the security and reliability of the Service. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. If you block it, you will not be able to sign in, but you can still view public pages.

4. When information is shared

• Models you publish. If you mark a model public or unlisted, the model and its track record become visible to others — a public model may be listed and ranked, and an unlisted model is reachable by anyone with its link. Shared pages show your display name, never your email address.
• Service providers. We rely on third parties to run the Service — for example, sign-in (Google), hosting, and encrypted database backups. They process data only to provide their service to us.
• Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service, our users, or others.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete individual models in the app at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the address below; we will remove it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records to comply with law or maintain security backups, which age out over time.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

The Service is intended for adults (21+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Third-party data and links

The Service may incorporate sports data or odds from third parties and may link to third-party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we do not control.

9. Where data is processed

The Service and its providers may store and process information in the United States. By using the Service you understand your information may be processed there.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
