BoardBlocks is an entertainment and informational tool. It displays statistical model predictions about sporting events and lets you build, tune, share, and track your own models. The Service does not accept, place, or facilitate wagers, and it handles no money. Any bets you choose to record are for your own tracking only; we are not a sportsbook, broker, or money-services business and we never hold or transfer funds.
Nothing on the Service is betting, gambling, investment, financial, legal, or other professional advice. Model outputs are estimates and predictions — they are not statements of fact, and no outcome is guaranteed. Past performance, including any record shown for a model, does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.
You must be at least 21 years old and located somewhere the Service is lawful to use. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including those governing the recording or discussion of sports bets in your jurisdiction.
Accounts are created through third-party sign-in (e.g., Google). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; scrape, copy, or harvest data except as expressly permitted; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security; misrepresent your identity or a model’s track record; or use the Service to facilitate actual wagering or money transfers.
To provide sign-in, we receive and store basic account information such as your name and email address from your chosen sign-in provider, along with the models and records you create. We use this only to operate the Service and do not sell it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service may incorporate data, odds, or content from third parties and relies on third-party providers (such as sign-in and hosting). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party data or services, and their availability or accuracy is not guaranteed.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any prediction or record is accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or from any decisions you make based on it. Because the Service handles no money, you acknowledge that any bets you place elsewhere are entirely your own responsibility.

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time, and we may update these terms. Changes are effective when posted; your continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
